What we process
If you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company name, email address, the service you selected and the content of your message.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we sign a contract. If we do, documents are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or pass it to anyone for marketing. It is processed by the providers that keep this site running:
- Hostinger: website hosting and email
- Cloudflare: content delivery and protection against attacks
Cloudflare may process your IP address outside the European Union. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies of its own and doesn't use analytics or advertising tools. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie that helps tell visitors apart from automated bots. It doesn't require your consent.
Server logs
For security, our hosting provider briefly records technical details of each request: IP address, time and the page requested.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected].
If you believe your data is being handled wrongly, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
