Our story
From code to the servers under it — and now AI
Infosoft started in Riga in 2015 as a software and IT consultancy. The work grew from building applications to running the infrastructure they live on, because the two kept turning out to be the same problem.
Over the past few years we've rebuilt part of our practice around applied AI. Not as a product to sell on its own, but as one more component in systems our clients already depend on. It goes in when it earns its place.
We work as a core team in Riga, joined by specialist engineers we've worked with for years whenever a project needs a particular technology. The people who design a system are the ones who build it, and the ones you'll talk to when something needs attention later.

Engineering first
Every solution is designed around the specific system in front of us, not adapted from a template we sold last month.
Your data stays yours
AI and automation run inside your own infrastructure, within your data-residency and privacy requirements.
Honest scope
If something doesn't need AI, or doesn't need us, we'll say so before you've spent anything.
We stay after launch
Systems get handed over properly, documented, and maintained for as long as they run.
And what we won't do
Lock you into a platform you can't leave.
Propose AI where a spreadsheet would do.
Take on a project we can't support later.
Send your data anywhere you haven't approved.
Where we are
Braslas iela 22B, Rīga
Our office is in Riga. That puts us inside the EU and under GDPR, and a short flight from most of Europe. We work with clients in Latvia, across the Baltics and elsewhere in Europe.
